Spice Zen began as a deeply personal search, by Aditya and Preeti, for food that felt safe and honest. Living with coeliac disease and food intolerances meant everyday meals came with anxiety, uncertainty and exclusion. We wanted food that brought everyone to the table, without worry.
We saw how modern food production had stripped freshness and care from everyday ingredients. Herbs, spices and teas often lacked freshness, cooking oils were over-processed and labels were unreliable. What began with a desire to eat clean became a mission to rethink what truly belongs in a nourishing pantry.
Aditya and Preeti returned to their childhood kitchens, gently roasting spices, stone-grinding by hand and cooking with fresh cold pressed oils. These traditions, refined by modern knowledge, became the foundations of Spice Zen.
We source certified organic ingredients and create what we cannot find, including gluten-free pantry staples that behave like their traditional counterparts. Our products restore natural flavour, texture and comfort so everyone can share meals with confidence and enjoyment.
