Treasured for centuries as “true cinnamon,” Ceylon cinnamon comes from the thin, delicate inner bark of the cinnamon tree, harvested by skilled cinnamon peelers in Sri Lanka. Unlike cassia, which is bold and fiery, true verum cinnamon is soft, gently sweet, floral, and fragrant, offering a refined warmth prized in fine baking, global cuisine and traditional spice artistry.
