1. Shipping Options

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
  • Express Shipping (eligible locations)
  • Sydney Metro Delivery (where available)
  • Warehouse or Market Pickup (where applicable)
  • Selected International Shipping

We use a combination of Australia Post and other courier partners depending on parcel size, weight and destination.

PO Boxes and Parcel Collect addresses are delivered via Australia Post only.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time refers to the time taken to prepare, pack and dispatch your order. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout apply after dispatch.

During peak periods, promotional events or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

All applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Express Shipping

Express shipping refers to Australia Post’s faster delivery service and is available at checkout for eligible locations.

Express shipping:

  • Does not guarantee same-day dispatch
  • Still subject to our standard 2–4 business day processing timeframe
  • Is subject to carrier network and delivery conditions

If an order is booked for Express shipping but requires additional shipping charges due to parcel size or weight, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional shipping cost. You may choose to proceed, change to standard shipping or receive a full refund.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over a specified minimum spend. The applicable threshold is displayed on our website and at checkout.

Free shipping:

  • Applies to standard delivery options only
  • Does not apply to express shipping selections
  • does not apply to certain oversized, bulky, heavy or special-handling items.

If an order would otherwise qualify for free shipping but requires additional shipping charges due to service level, parcel size, weight or destination, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the applicable shipping cost. You may choose to proceed or receive a full refund.

Free shipping promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Delivery

Delivery occurs when the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout in accordance with the carrier’s standard delivery procedures.

We use reputable carriers; however, delivery services are performed by third parties and actual delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Deliveries are generally made without signature unless signature on delivery is requested and available.

If you prefer your parcel not be left unattended, please advise us before dispatch so we can request signature on delivery where available. Additional charges may apply.

Where a parcel is delivered to the address provided and left in a location deemed suitable by the carrier (including ATL deliveries), delivery will be considered complete at that time.

Once delivery has occurred at the address provided, responsibility for the goods transfers to you. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

10. Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

additional shipping charges may apply before redelivery.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

11. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

This allows us to investigate promptly and meet carrier claim timeframes, which may be limited.

This request does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required under the ACL, we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

12. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import requirements applicable in their country.

We are not liable for delays, seizure or destruction of goods by customs authorities.

13. Food and Temperature Conditions

Our products are shelf-stable and stored under ambient conditions.

Once delivery has occurred, we are not responsible for product quality issues arising from storage conditions, handling or exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health events, carrier disruptions or government restrictions.
