- 1.5-2 teaspoon Spice Zen Sticky Chai Blend
- 250 ml water
- 50 ml milk of choice (for white tea only)
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
INFUSION METHOD - Black Tea
- Heat water in kettle and pour in a teapot with infuser. Add sweetener to taste - you may not need a lot of sweetener as the blend already has honey.
- Add the Spice Zen Sticky Chai Blend in the infuser and leave for 3-5 minutes. The blend continues to infuse and becomes stronger, the longer you leave it.
- Enjoy with your favourite cookie.
BOILING METHOD - Black Tea
- Heat water in a pot on the stove. Add the Spice Zen Sticky Chai Blend when the water comes to boil. Remove after 3 minutes and strain into a cup. Add sweetener to taste - you may not need a lot of sweetener as the blend already has honey.
- Enjoy with your favourite cookie.
