- 1.25 cups of water
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend
- 1/4 teaspoon Spice Zen cold press Ginger juice or 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh Ginger (optional)
- Sweetener to taste
- Pour water in a pot, add the Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend and the Spice Zen cold press Ginger juice. Bring to boil and brew for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain the Spice Infusion in a cup. Add sweetener to taste.
