White Peony Tea (Bai Mu Dan) - Certified Organic

Smooth, subtle and delicate, this is a premium organic White tea from the Fujian Province of China.

Spice Zen’s White Peony Tea is an organic premium tea of one of the finest Peckoe grade with the smallest bud and one or two leaves of the new shoot. It is harvested at the right time to maintain a subtle but distinct floral touch of the White Peony. It is smooth, slightly sweet, fruity, mellow with a delicate floral fragrance and infuses into a clear amber, apricot-yellow liquor.

White tea is treated with minimal process and least oxidation and is known for anti-oxidant and immunity-boosting properties. White tea is a lower caffeine tea compared with Black tea.

Spice Zen’s loose-leaf white tea makes a perfect cup at any time of day.

Brewing Instructions: Brew 1 teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 2-4 minutes in water at 80 °C.
