Spicy Slow Cooker Pumpkin Soup

  1. Wash, peel and roughly chop the pumpkin, apples, carrots and onion and layer these in the slow cooker. Slice the fresh chilli in half and put in the slow cooker. Add the Spice Zen All Purpose Spice Blend-Mild, salt, rosemary and Spice Zen Cinnamon Quill. Cover with vegetable stock and water.
  2. Set the slow cooker to medium heat and leave to cook for 4-6 hours. Remove the stalks of the rosemary and the Cinnamon Quill and blend everything in a blender. Garnish with Spice Zen Stoneground Cracked Black Pepper, Spice Zen Red Chilli Flakes and Pepita seeds.
  3. Serve with a dollop of cream and fresh baguette to enjoy!!.
