Reishi mushrooms are known for its distinct, often unpleasant bitterness. This shroom tea is delicious and refreshing while still retaining the best from reishi mushroom. The earthy bitterness of mushroom is pleasantly balanced by chocolatey raw cacao nibs, aromatic, citrusy lemongrass and lemon myrtle and sweet, spicy and fruity flavour of cinnamon, ginger, fennel and goji berry. Brewing Instructions: Brew 1 teaspoon per cup for 10-15 minutes in water at 95 °C. Alternatively, for a stronger flavour and to extract most from the reishi mushrooms, boil 1 teaspoon of tisane in 1.25 cups of water in a pot for 5-10 minutes over the cooktop and let it steep for another 5 minutes. Enjoy it hot or cold with or without a sweetener.
