Brewing Instructions: Brew 1 teaspoon per cup for 10-15 minutes in water at 95 °C. Alternatively, for a stronger flavour and to extract most from the reishi mushrooms, boil 1 teaspoon of tisane in 1.25 cups of water in a pot for 5-10 minutes over the cooktop and let it steep for another 5 minutes. Enjoy it hot or cold with or without a sweetener.
