      • 1 fillet (300gms) Salmon
      • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
      • 1 teaspoon Roasted Ground Cumin
      • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
      • 1 teaspoon of Ginger Juice (or ½ teaspoon of Ginger Powder
      • 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Juice (or ½ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
      • 2 teaspoons rice bran oil
      • 2 tablespoon organic honey
      • ½ (half) teaspoon sea salt
      • Rosemary (2 sprigs)
      • ½ (half) teaspoon sesame oil
      • Fresh parsley leaves, pinch of Chilli Flakes and salad leaves to serve

 

 

  1. Wash the salmon fillet, pat it dry. Combine the crushed garlic, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder, turmeric juice, ginger juice, honey, salt and 1 sprig of rosemary in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the fillet with the mixture and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat the flat pan over medium heat and coat it with rice bran oil.
  4. Cook the fillet on each side for 4 minutes. Drizzle the sesame oil. For well done, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve it on a platter with salad leaves. Garnish it with chili flakes and parsley.
