Cinnamon Quills (true verum) also called Ceylon cinnamon sticks come from the inner bark of a tropical tree and have a delicate, sweet, woody, aromatic fragrance. It is commonly used in slow-cooked meals, stews, curries and hot drinks.
Cinnamon is used for cooking, baking and flavouring in most cultures. Cinnamon lover’s buy their cinnamon in the quill form and use a handy spice grater to get the maximum flavour intensity.
