This juice is produced on receipt of your order from fresh, raw, whole Organic Ginger Root grown in Northern NSW and Southern Queensland. It is Cold Pressed to avoid damaging the active nutrients. This 100% Ginger Juice does not contain preservatives or any other additives.

Spice Zen Ginger Juice is a natural source of Phytosterols, Potassium, Manganese, Anti-oxidants - Polyphenols and other micro nutrients. The micro nutrients in this juice are in a ratio that is naturally occurring in raw, whole Ginger root. It is easily mixed in beverages and has a smooth texture and a spicy, earthy, pungent flavour.

Ginger is a flowering plant with long green stems and leaves. Ginger roots are a modified underground storage stem called a rhizome. Ginger flesh colour varies from pale yellow to white or pink depending on the variety and age. Young ginger is fragrant, pungent, fleshy and juicy with a mild spicy taste and becomes more fibrous, drier and spicier as it matures. The hot, pungent and spicy taste of ginger root comes from the essential oils and phenolic compounds such as gingerols and shogaols.

Ginger has been highly regarded for centuries as a spice and in traditional Indian, South East Asian and African cultures. Ginger is often used to assist with common cold, digestive disorders, inflammation, motion sickness and fatigue in these cultures.

Ginger juice is versatile and can be taken as a shot in the morning or added to a cold or warm drink, juice or smoothies. You can splash it on your stir fry, salads, marinades, seafood, meat, use it in baking or simply freeze the juice as cubes. Ginger juice is spicy, but it gives that “extra kick’. Start with 1 teaspoon If you are not used to spicy flavour.

We wrap the bottles in cool gel pads to keep the juice chilled during shipping. Refrigerate the bottles immediately on receipt. The juice is prone to settle with storage – shake bottle vigorously, before opening, to mix the natural ingredients. We recommend a Best Before of 30 days from the date of production.

Delivered fresh, tumeric and ginger juice are a great and healthy addition to my everyday life. Both are great for adding to my tea or other drinks. Keeps well in the fridge. I found that since taking tumeric regularly, my blood sugar has come down and I feel generally better. I highly recommend both products.
