Spice Roasted Fish Fillets

      • 4 fish fillets approx. 625 grams, white fish or salmon
      • 4 teaspoon rice bran or vegetable oil (about 1 teaspoon per fillet) plus some to spray the pan
      • 2 teaspoon Spice Zen Spicy Fish Rub
      • 1/4 teaspoon seasalt (adjust to taste)
      • Lemon slices and mixed salad for serving

 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Spray a roasting pan with oil. Combine oil, Spice Zen Spicy Fish Rub, and seasalt in the roasting pan and place fish fillets in it. Rub each side of the fish with spice-oil mixture evenly.
  3. Place the pan in the oven and roast the fish fillets for 9-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. Serve hot with lemon slices and salad mix.
