    1. Pour water in a pot, add the Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend and the Spice Zen cold press Ginger juice. Bring to boil and brew for 2-3 minutes.
    2. Add the tea and brew for 1 minute. Add the milk and let it simmer for another minute (skip the milk if you prefer a black tea).
    3. Strain the Masala Chai in a cup. Add sweetener to taste.

Enjoy with your favourite cookie!

    I followed the recipe and included the raw ginger juice. I love the complexity of flavours and enjoyed it very much! So good.
