- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of milk (cow, goat, soy or almond) (optional if you prefer a black tea)
- 3/4 teaspoon Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend
- 1 teaspoon of Spice Zen Assam Black tea blend (or 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon of tea of choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Zen cold press Ginger juice (optional)
- Sweetener to taste
- Pour water in a pot, add the Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend and the Spice Zen cold press Ginger juice. Bring to boil and brew for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tea and brew for 1 minute. Add the milk and let it simmer for another minute (skip the milk if you prefer a black tea).
- Strain the Masala Chai in a cup. Add sweetener to taste.
Enjoy with your favourite cookie!

Chai Masala
I followed the recipe and included the raw ginger juice. I love the complexity of flavours and enjoyed it very much! So good.
