    1. Pour milk in a pot and heat on low temperature.
    2. When the milk starts to simmer, add Spice Zen Turmeric Latte blend. Stir gently for about 4-5 minutes on low heat.
    3. Remove the pot from heat and strain the milk in a cup. Add honey or agave syrup and mix. Froth the milk for a few seconds with a milk frother.
    4. Add raw honey or agave syrup as needed per your taste and sprinkle a pinch of Spice Zen Stoneground Cinnamon.
