      • 1 cup of milk (cow, goat, soy or almond)
      • 1 teaspoon Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend
      • 1 teaspoon of Spice Zen Assam Black tea blend (or 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon of tea of choice)
      • Sweetener to taste

 

 

  1. Pour milk in a pot, add the Spice Zen Masala Chai spice blend and your choice of tea. Bring to boil and brew for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Strain the Chai Latte in a cup and froth it in a frother. Add sweetener to taste.
  3. Enjoy with your favourite cookie!

    I bought this at the farmers market and its packed with flavour. No other stores sells the loose leaf like this. I boil the leaves in hot water first (enough to submerge then leaves) then add milk and ginger honey. With or without black tea leaves tastes great.
