Spice Zen’s Brown Rice Gluten Free Semolina is made in Sydney, Australia. It is made from 100% organic quick cook brown basmati rice, which is coarsely stoneground to produce a semolina like flour. The creamy, nutty and delicious semolina can be used in sweet or savoury dishes.
