Spice Zen’s White Rice Semolina is made in Sydney, Australia. It is made from 100% certified organic premium basmati rice, which is coarsely stoneground to produce a semolina like flour. The creamy and delicious semolina can be used in sweet or savoury dishes.

Sweet pudding recipe: Lightly toast ½ cup of white rice semolina in a pan with 1 tablespoon ghee/ oil over a low heat. Add 300 ml of milk of your choice. Let it simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Top it up with milk for the desired consistency. Garnish with fruits and nuts.
