Black and White Peppercorn are the dried fruit of the pepper plant, Piper nigrum. Native to India and South-East Asia, it is now cultivated in Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and South America. White Peppercorn is produced by soaking ripe berries in water. The dark outer skin shrivels and is easily removed, leaving the white seed.

Black and White Peppercorn mix combines the deep, earthy, winey flavour of White Peppercorn with bright, sharp, fruitier, complex flavour of Black Peppercorn to give a robust, well balanced blend that goes well with all cuisines. This blend, used in pepper mill, adds a wonderful peppery flavour to any dish.

Black and White Peppercorn mix works well with calamari, eggs, fish, hearty beef or chicken stew, noodle dishes, potato, pork roast, salads, soups and root vegetables.
