We handcraft our Stoneground Fine Black & White Pepper using Organic whole Black & White Pepper sourced from India to ensure purity and quality of our product.

The whole Black & White Pepper are freshly stoneground, on receipt of your order, to bring out an intense aroma. Stoneground spices have a naturally uneven, earthy texture that adds a rustic mouth feel. This is immediately packed in a recyclable, amber coloured, glass jar, with an airtight induction seal, to maximise freshness of the product – you will get a strong aroma of fresh ground Pepper when you open the jar.

Black & White Peppercorn are the dried fruit of the pepper plant, Piper nigrum. It is native to India and South-East Asia but is now cultivated in Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and South America. White Peppercorn is produced by soaking ripe berries in water. The dark outer skin shrivels and is easily removed, leaving the white seed.

Stoneground White Peppercorn blend combines the deep, earthy, winey flavour of White Pepper with bright, sharp, fruitier, complex flavor of Black Pepper to give a robust, well balanced blend that goes well with all cooking styles. Ground Black & White Pepper is convenient to use as a seasoning and table condiment to add a wonderful peppery flavour to any dish.

Stoneground Black & White Pepper works well with calamari, eggs, fish, hearty beef or chicken stew, noodle dishes, potato, pork roast, salads, soups and root vegetables.
