Our native Bush Herb Blend is a signature blend of dried and ground herbs harvested from Australian native herbs, either grown organically, sustainably gathered from the wild or farmed without pesticides.
Tasmanian Mountain Pepperberry leaf, with its aromatic spicy flavour, combines with the fragrant, lemon-lime notes of Lemon Myrtle, the earthy celery taste of Sea Parsley and savoury Saltbush to provide a unique Australian outback flavour.
With a fresher, herbier, zestier profile compared to our Aussie Spice Blend, this bush herbs blend won’t overpower delicate meats, veggies and seafood and is a perfect accompaniment to all sorts of savoury dishes.
Use it as a dry rub, seasoning or marinade, it is particularly great for chicken, white fish, shellfish, vegetables, pasta, salads, soups, sauces and bread.
For chicken or fish, stir in a dollop of olive or macadamia oil and apply before grilling. For kebabs, brush the herb-infused oil over the skewers before charring on the grill or barbecue. Season with additional Bush Herb Blend as they cook, turning once and serving immediately. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons for every 500 grams of meat or vegetables.
