Chill Out Tisane (Licorice Chamomile)

Licorice root, chamomile, fennel and ginger are popular in traditional medicine for supporting the digestive system, respiratory system and for relieving inflammation, anxiety and stress.

Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water and steep it for at least 5 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour. For best results, brew with fresh, filtered or pure water. After steeping, you can also cool it and drink as an iced tea.
