The oil is golden-yellow in colour with a mild nutty aroma and flavour. The first, cold-pressed, unrefined Chia seed oil is cold-pressed only once in a cork-screw oil press. The oil is rested to settle down any solid particles by microgravity, and then bottled in its purest natural form without the use of any chemicals, preservatives or processing aids.
