Our Certified Organic Turmeric Juice is made exclusively from fresh turmeric root grown in Northern NSW. The roots are cold pressed in small batches on receipt of your order. This first-press method preserves the natural aroma, colour and plant character of just-harvested turmeric and produces a smooth, concentrated juice with no added water, preservatives, sweeteners or additives.
Versatile and naturally aromatic, turmeric juice adds instant brightness to both drinks and savoury dishes. A small amount colours and enriches smoothies, broths, teas, marinades and dressings. It can be taken as a simple morning shot, mixed with warm water and lemon, or frozen in cubes for everyday cooking.

Turmeric has been valued for centuries in Indian, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern cooking where its golden colour, grounding aroma and warming nature are part of everyday meals, festival dishes and seasonal rituals. In Ayurveda, turmeric (haldi) is traditionally considered warming and harmonising. It is often used in daily cooking to support balance and comfort, especially in colder seasons. Turmeric is viewed as gently stimulating to agni (digestive fire) and is traditionally believed to help maintain balance across all three doshas, with particular affinity for Kapha and Vata when used in warm preparations. These interpretations reflect long-standing cultural traditions rather than therapeutic claims, and turmeric continues to be appreciated in modern Ayurvedic-inspired cooking for its grounding quality and vibrant character.
