Smoky Daintree Tea is a deeply warming Australian black tea blend that brings together rainforest-grown Daintree tea with native roasted Wattleseed and aromatic cinnamon. The base of organically grown Daintree black tea provides body and depth, while roasted Wattleseed contributes nutty, chocolatey and gently smoky notes that evoke toasted grains and dark cacao. Cinnamon adds warmth and sweetness, rounding out the blend and enhancing its inviting aroma. Brewed, the tea produces a dark reddish-brown liquor with a smooth mouthfeel and lingering roasted finish.
Hand blended in Sydney using primarily Australian ingredients, Smoky Daintree Tea is medium in strength and satisfying without heaviness. How to Brew
- Use 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of water.
- Heat water to approximately 95°C.
Steep for 3–4 minutes, then strain. - Enjoy plain or with a dash of milk or sweetener if desired.
For a bolder cup, increase steeping time slightly rather than adding more tea.
