How to Use
Use approximately 1–2 g (around ½-1 level teaspoon) of matcha per serve. 1 chashaku scoop = ~0.5 g
Traditional Matcha (usucha), whisk 1–1½ g (around ½–¾ teaspoon) of matcha with 60–70 ml of water at ~80°C until a fine layer of foam forms.
Matcha latte, whisk 1½–2 g (around 1 level teaspoon) of matcha with 30–40 ml hot water. Add 180–200 ml of warm or chilled milk of choice.
Serves: Approximately 26- 40 traditional serves or 20-26 matcha lattes, depending on preparation.
