Spice Zen’s Ground Green Cardamom Seed is stone-milled in small batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility, using certified organic decorticated seeds for purity and intensity. By grinding the inner seeds only and not the fibrous pods, we preserve the spice’s natural volatile oils, capturing its sweet, floral warmth in its most vibrant form. Immediately sealed in recyclable amber glass jars, it retains its perfume-like aroma and true, freshly-ground character.
Ground cardamom adapts beautifully to modern cooking. Just a pinch is enough to bring a lift in porridges, smoothies, pastries, cakes or an elegant perfume in rice dishes, biryanis, curries, and beverages.
