Made from the berries of the same vine, the difference lies in their processing: black pepper is sun-dried with its outer skin intact, while white pepper is produced from fully ripened berries gently soaked to reveal the pale inner seed. Together, they create a flavour profile that is rounded, complex and universally versatile.
Our certified organic black and white peppercorns are stone-milled in small batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility. This slow, gentle milling preserves essential oils and creates a naturally rustic, fine texture that delivers greater aromatic release than conventional grinding. Each jar opens to an instant burst of vibrant heat, earthy depth and fruit-like pepperiness.
