Our certified organic whole black peppercorns are stone-milled in small batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility. Stone milling gently releases volatile oils, producing a naturally rustic, fine texture and a fuller, brighter aroma than standard grinding. Each jar opens to an intense burst of peppery heat with subtle notes of citrus peel, resin, warm spice and fruit.
Black pepper complements everything from eggs, chicken, seafood and stir-fries to creamy soups, roasted vegetables, pasta, salads, strawberries and tomatoes. It also forms the backbone of many global spice blends and is traditionally paired with warm spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom.

How to Use
- Use ¼ to ½ tsp per serve to season soups, sauces, vegetables or eggs
- Use 1 tsp per 500 g meat, poultry or seafood for balanced warmth

- Season marinades, dressings and finishing oils
- Add toward the end of cooking to preserve aroma, or earlier for deeper infusion
- Sprinkle over strawberries or tomatoes to enhance natural sweetness.
