Fenugreek leaf, known as Kasuri Methi, is one of India’s most iconic culinary herbs and a defining flavour in countless regional dishes. Indigenous to the Indian subcontinent and Mediterranean basin, it has been used for thousands of years in cooking.

How to Use
Crush lightly between your palms before adding to release aroma.
- Use 1-2 teaspoons to finish a curry, dal or butter-style sauce just before serving.
- Add 1 teaspoon per 500 g vegetables, paneer or chicken for gentle bitterness and depth.
- Stir ½-1 teaspoon into yoghurt, cream or coconut milk for marinades and dressings.
- Sprinkle a pinch over flatbreads, parathas or savoury baking before cooking.
Fenugreek leaf is best added toward the end of cooking to preserve its distinctive aroma.
