Our certified organic Butterfly Pea Flowers (Clitoria ternatea) are carefully hand-harvested in the cool October mornings of the Chai Prakan District, Chiang Mai, Thailand. Each blossom is gently dried to preserve its vivid indigo hue, delicate floral aroma and natural integrity.
Native to Thailand and Malaysia, Butterfly Pea Flower, also known as blue tea, blue magic tea or colour-changing tea, has long been celebrated in both culinary and ceremonial traditions. Its soothing, earthy flavour with its deep sapphire liquor provides a moment of quiet wonder with every brew.

How to Brew
Hot Brew

Use 1 teaspoons Butterfly Pea Flowers per cup.

Add water at 90–95 °C.

Steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain when the liquor turns a deep blue.

Sweeten lightly with honey, coconut sugar or agave if desired.
Iced / Cold Brew

Use 2 teaspoons flowers per cup of water.

Brew hot for 5 minutes or cold infuse for 6–8 hours in the fridge, then strain and pour over ice.

Add lemon or lime juice for vivid violet–purple.
