Vegan Sticky Chai is chai reimagined for the modern ritual. A softer, plant-based interpretation of our beloved Sticky Chai, it brings together whole-leaf Assam black tea and hand-selected organic spices folded through organic agave to create a moist, glossy, ready-to-infuse blend.
Inspired by traditional Indian masala chai and the contemporary café innovation that emerged in Australia and New Zealand, this style of chai carries both heritage and ease. The concept echoes the wet masalas once freshly crushed in South Indian kitchens, richly aromatic and deeply perfumed, where spice oils were awakened before brewing.
Inside each jar, single-origin organic Assam black tea is layered with green cardamom, fennel seed, star anise, true Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, cloves, citrus peel and rose petals. Organic agave gently binds the spices, preserving moisture and natural aroma while offering a delicate sweetness that allows the tea and florals to shine.
This vegan version is smooth, balanced and medium-bodied, with lighter sweetness and a refined floral warmth. It is suited to chai lattes, iced chai and everyday brewing, fully plant-based and allergen-friendly.
Handcrafted in micro-batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility and presented in a clear glass jar that showcases its glossy texture and artisanal finish.

How to Brew & Use
Classic Stovetop Chai
- Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 200 ml water or plant milk.
- Simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve warm.
- Longer simmer creates deeper body and spice intensity.
Vegan Chai Latte
- Simmer 2 teaspoons in 1 cup oat, almond or coconut milk for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Strain and froth before serving.
Iced Vegan Sticky Chai
- Brew 2 teaspoons in hot water or plant milk for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Sweeten if desired.
- Chill completely and pour over ice.
Top with cold oat milk.
Quick Brew Method
- Steep 1 heaped teaspoon in just-boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add warm or frothed plant milk to finish.
