How to Use
• Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per 500 g steak, pork, lamb or chicken
• Rub evenly with 1 tablespoon oil and season with salt before grilling
• For vegetables or tofu, use 1 tablespoon per 500 g with oil before roasting
• Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons into 1 cup tomato sauce for a smoky glaze
• Add 1 tablespoon to slow-cooked pulled chicken or pork
• Sprinkle lightly over hot chips, corn ribs or roast vegetables before serving
