How to Use
• Use 1 tablespoon per 500 to 600 g lamb, goat, beef, mushrooms or eggplant
• Warm the spice blend briefly in oil or ghee until fragrant
• Combine with yoghurt, tomato or stock to create a slow-braising base
• Simmer gently until the sauce deepens and thickens
• Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to soups, stews or tray-bakes for aromatic warmth
• Adjust heat by increasing chilli separately if desired
