Description
Description
Inspired by the slow heat and woodsmoke of Southern barbecue, this handcrafted blend captures the deep comfort of tender, fall-apart pulled pork. Smoky, earthy and warmly spiced, it is built for low-and-slow cooking where flavour develops gradually and settles into the meat.
Smoked paprika forms the foundation, supported by earthy cumin and aromatic celery seed. Mellow onion and garlic provide savoury depth, while ginger adds subtle brightness. Cayenne and cracked black pepper bring gentle, steady heat.
As the meat cooks, the spices warm in the fat and natural juices, forming a fragrant crust that melts back into the dish. The result is a rich, smoky finish with balanced savoury warmth.
Hand-roasted and blended in small batches at our gluten free Sydney facility using certified organic spices selected for purity and aromatic strength, this seasoning is packed fresh in recyclable amber glass jars to preserve natural oils and smokiness.
Designed for pork, it moves easily beyond tradition. Use it for chicken, brisket, jackfruit, mushrooms or roasted vegetables. Add dark brown sugar for a caramelised barbecue-style glaze or stir into tomato for a scratch-made sauce base.
