Rooted in the bustling spice souks of Egypt, Dukkah is a celebrated blend of toasted nuts, seeds, herbs and spices, traditionally hand-pounded to create a rustic, crunchy texture. Our certified organic version honours this tradition while adding a refined Australian touch.
Warm toasted sesame, Australian almonds and macadamias form the rich, nutty base. Citrus-lifted coriander, earthy cumin, fennel and nigella deepen the Middle Eastern profile, while oregano, mint and a hint of our house Baharat contribute herbaceous brightness and aromatic warmth. The result is a versatile blend that elevates dips, vegetables, breads, salads, eggs, meats and mezze dishes with addictive crunch and balanced spice.
Our Dukkah contains no added salt, allowing the natural flavour of nuts and spices to shine and giving you complete control over seasoning in dips, crusts and everyday cooking.
Each batch is hand-toasted, stone-milled where required, and blended in small batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility, then packed fresh into recyclable amber glass jars to protect aroma, texture and natural oils.

Nutty and toasty with warm cumin depth, citrus-led coriander seed, subtle sweetness from fennel, herbaceous lift from oregano and mint, and a gently spiced finish.
How to Use
- Mix 1–2 tbsp with olive oil for the classic Egyptian dipping plate
- Add a pinch of sea salt to taste if desired.
- Sprinkle on eggs, avocado toast, hummus, yoghurt and roasted vegetables.
- Use as a crust for lamb, salmon, chicken or tofu.
- Mix with olive oil for classic Egyptian dipping with bread or warm pita.
- Stir into grain bowls, soups, roasted potatoes or dressings for texture and flavour.
