At our gluten-free Sydney facility, certified organic dried garlic is ground finely in small batches using a proprietary process that maintains its natural purity, no anticaking agents, fillers or processing aids, ever. We work with garlic that has been dried to a stable low-moisture level to protect flavour intensity and reduce clumping naturally. This creates a powder that is clean, fragrant and noticeably intense than standard commercial garlic powders. Once milled, it is sealed immediately in recyclable amber glass jars and must be kept airtight to preserve freshness and prevent moisture absorption.
Fine Ground Dried Garlic disperses smoothly and evenly, making it ideal for sauces, spice blends, marinades, rubs, dressings, soups, stir-fries and quick weekday meals.

How to Use
- Use ¼ to ½ tsp per serve in soups, sauces or stir-fries
- Use 1 tsp per 500 g vegetables, meat or legumes
