How to Use
Brown Rice Semolina cooks quickly and behaves much like traditional semolina.

- For upma-style savoury dishes: use 1 cup semolina to 2½–3 cups water, cook covered until fluffy and tender.
- For baking: substitute equal quantities for traditional semolina in cakes, puddings or slices.
- For coating: use dry as a light crust for vegetables or fritters.
- For dumplings or gnocchi-style preparations: mix with yoghurt or water to form a soft dough.
