From winter tonics in Indian homes to spiced teas in Southeast Asia and ginger syrups in African and Caribbean kitchens, ginger has been cherished for centuries as a vibrant, uplifting, aromatic ingredient. Fresh ginger root with its bright heat, earthy depth and citrus-like lift has always carried a sense of warmth and vitality. This juice captures that experience in its purest form: raw, fragrant and alive with the character of freshly harvested ginger.
Made exclusively from certified organic ginger grown in Northern NSW and Southern Queensland, our Ginger Juice is cold-pressed in small batches. Fresh ginger is pressed at low temperatures to protect its natural aroma and flavour compounds, resulting in a smooth, concentrated extract free from water, preservatives, sweeteners or additives of any kind.

Wellness Note
Ginger has long been appreciated in Indian, Chinese and Southeast Asian culinary traditions for its warming nature and aromatic presence in seasonal meals, comforting tonics and winter cooking.
In Ayurveda, ginger (adrak fresh, sonth dried) is traditionally seen as warming and enlivening to agni (digestive fire), and is widely used during cooler months, festive seasons and in nourishing meals. (Traditional & Cultural Context)
