Our certified organic Virgin Macadamia Oil is first cold pressed only once from premium Australian macadamia kernels grown in subtropical coastal regions. Produced at low temperature in our gluten-free Sydney facility using a slow corkscrew press, the oil is then gravity settled rather than filtered or refined. This minimal handling preserves the nut’s natural aromatic compounds, clarity and softness.
It takes approximately 15 to 20 whole macadamias to produce one tablespoon of this oil, reflecting both its richness and artisanal craft. Virgin macadamia oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fats, with a small amount of omega-7 fatty acids and contains naturally occurring vitamin E and phytosterols typical of cold-pressed macadamia kernels, it offers stability, versatility and a smooth mouthfeel.
Once treasured as an Indigenous bush food and now embraced by chefs worldwide, macadamia oil forms a unique bridge between deep cultural heritage and contemporary culinary artistry.
