Chill Out Tisane is an earthy, fragrant blend of licorice root, chamomile flowers, fennel seed, ginger root and true cinnamon. These botanicals have been cherished across cultures for their grounding, sweet and gently calming character, often enjoyed during evening rituals or after meals.
Earthy licorice and fennel form a naturally honeyed, rounded base. Chamomile brings soft floral notes with its familiar apple-like aroma, while ginger adds a gentle lift of warmth and brightness. True cinnamon completes the cup with a mellow spice that feels comforting. The result is a smooth, balanced and caffeine-free infusion. Our gentle blending approach allows the licorice to remain warm and welcoming without dominating, letting chamomile, fennel and ginger move together in quiet harmony.
Hand-blended in small batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility, the tisane is sealed immediately after blending to preserve aroma, freshness and balance.

Warm, aromatic and naturally sweet with earthy licorice, soft chamomile florals, sweet fennel notes, gentle ginger warmth and a mellow cinnamon finish. Brews to a deep golden cup.
How to Brew
- Use 1 level tsp per cup (200 ml) of freshly boiled water.
- Steep 5 minutes for a gentle infusion or 8 to 10 minutes for a deeper, sweeter cup.
- Enjoy plain or lightly sweetened with honey or jaggery.
- Also delicious served chilled as an iced herbal infusion.
Taste Tip: Longer steeping brings out more natural sweetness and warmth from licorice and cinnamon.
