Handcrafted in small batches in our certified organic, gluten-free Sydney facility, this blend is toasted and pounded to perfection, unlocking a fragrant aroma and signature crunch.
It’s a flavour-bomb seasoning that elevates everything from avocado toast and roast vegetables to seafood, salads, and breads with native Australian flair.

How to Use
