Description
Description
Inspired by the snow kissed valleys, saffron terraces and orchard-lined villages of Kashmir, this rare and radiant tea reimagines Kahwa, the region’s centuries-old green tea elixir for both traditional tea drinkers and modern flavour seekers. In Kashmir, Kahwa is more than a beverage; it is hospitality, ceremony and warmth in a cup. Yet outside the region, a chai made with green tea is almost unheard of, making this blend one of the most unique chai experiences in Australia.
Hand-blended in small batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility, this exquisite infusion blends fragrant green tea with premium organic saffron, aromatic cardamom, warming cinnamon and clove, delicate rose petals, and exotic long pepper, an ancient spice once traded along Himalayan caravan routes.
When brewed, it unveils a rich golden liquor, an aromatic tapestry of saffron, rose, cardamom and spice, lifted by the freshness of green tea. It is light enough for daily sipping, luxurious enough for rituals, and comforting enough for chilly evenings. Serve as is or simply sweeten with honey, Kahwa is a beautiful introduction to spiced tea.
This is a tea for the chai drinker who loves spice, for the green tea drinker who craves complexity, and for anyone drawn to rare flavours, heritage rituals and modern sensory indulgence.

Wellness Note
In Kashmiri and North Indian culinary traditions, saffron, green tea and warming spices such as cardamom and cinnamon are appreciated for their comforting presence in winter rituals and celebratory gatherings.
In Ayurveda, Kahwa-style spiced green teas are appreciated for their lightness, gentle warmth and sattvic clarity, a harmonious balance of uplift and comfort. Saffron is traditionally revered for its ceremonial purity; cardamom and cinnamon for their warming character; and green tea for its refreshing, light quality. Together, they create a cup considered naturally balancing and comforting across seasonal changes.
