Today we are blessed here with a good mango crop and I will be making green mango chutney. This oil will be perfect. I got this as a tester but I think I have found my favourite supplier. Thank you. This brand in general is amazing and I buy most of our products from them. The smell of freshly grounded aniseed is amazing and I could smell it from the packaging. Once opened, the ground looked very fresh and the aroma filled the room. Best brand for organic spices!

I love this mix -Spice Zen's Baharat spice blend. As a Lebanese, it's not often that you come across a baharat mix that is actually organic. This is my go to for all my lebanese recipes. As I am used to buying freshly grounded baharat mix from Lebanon, you notice how the spice ratio is not 100% the same as an authentic mixture. Nevertheless it's still delicious and I use it all the time. For me being organic is more important than just getting the spice ratio 100% right.

Oh my goodness, to have couscous again was absolutely wonderful. It was delicious. Preparation was exactly as suggested on packet. Fluffed up with a fork just like couscous normally would. I highly recommend this product.
