Our certified organic Garlic Granules are sourced from India and offer concentrated garlic flavour with ease of use. Light cream to pale beige in colour, they deliver a full, pungent aroma with a warm bittersweet edge. The granules blend smoothly into spice blends, broths, gravies, sauces, marinades and dry rubs, providing more body and thickness than ground garlic while retaining the natural flavour of the bulb with remarkable consistency.

How to Use
- Use ½ teaspoon per serve for vegetables, eggs, pasta or rice.
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per 500 g meat, tofu or vegetables in marinades and roasts.
- Stir ½-1 teaspoon into soups, stews or sauces while simmering.
- Mix into dry rubs for BBQ meats or sprinkle over wedges and roast potatoes.
- Add to dressings, yoghurt or dips where fresh garlic may be too sharp.
- Garlic granules mellow as they cook, releasing a balanced savoury depth.
