Signature Blend No. 99 - Pickle Me is one of Spice Zen’s most creative creations, a vibrant, tangy, aromatic seasoning designed to do far more than flavour pickles. Built on the lively spirit of Indian achari spices reimagined as a modern, universal kitchen staple, it adds brightness, warmth, depth and a mouth-watering punch to almost any dish.
Coarsely ground for texture, release and character, the blend opens with the lively tang of raw mango powder and pomegranate seeds; the nutty sweetness of fennel and coriander; the earthy pungency of mustard and fenugreek; and the warm lift of cumin and carom seed.
What makes Pickle Me exceptional is its range. It shines in achari curries and gravies, yet moves effortlessly into roasted vegetables, grilled meats, tofu, lentils, noodle dishes and modern bowls. It behaves like a finishing spice, a marinade base and a quick pickle seasoning. It brings contrast to rich dishes and depth to simple ones. How to Use

Curries & gravies: Use 1 tbsp per 500 g vegetables or protein.

Marinades & roasts: Combine with oil, yoghurt or lemon — use 1–2 tsp per 500 g.

Stir-fries & sautéed dishes: Use 1 tsp during the final toss.

Rice, lentils, chickpeas & bowls: Stir 1 tsp through warm dishes for instant brightness.

Seasoning: Sprinkle ½ tsp over street-food bowls, tacos, wraps or grilled vegetables.

Quick pickles: Add 1 tbsp per 1 L vinegar or brine.
