Olde Style Kitchen Pepper is our modern homage to the spice jars once found in English and French kitchens from the 17th to 19th centuries. It is a blend kept close at hand by cooks who relied on spice for warmth, body and flavour complexity in everyday meals.
Reimagined for today’s palate, our certified organic version restores the elegance of early kitchen blends with a layered, deeply comforting seasoning that turns simple dishes into richly scented, old-world favourites.
It brings traditional flavour of soft sweetness of cinnamon and nutmeg, aromatic lift of cloves and allspice, the rounded warmth of ginger and the lively bite of black pepper to Sunday roasts, gravies, pies, savoury puddings and slow-braised suppers in contemporary kitchens.
Handcrafted and stone-milled in micro batches at our gluten-free Sydney facility using certified organic spices chosen for purity, aroma and balance. Packed fresh in recyclable amber glass jars to preserve natural volatile oils and just-milled vibrancy.

How to Use

Roasts & Steaks: Rub 1–2 tsp per 500 g meat with oil before roasting or searing.
