Gently crushed whole spices are hand-selected for their aromatic oils and balanced naturally for depth, brightness and comfort. As they infuse, the blend releases soft citrus, warming ginger, sweet spice and aniseed lift, transforming wine, cider or fruit punch into something fragrant, festive and beautifully layered.
Each pack includes a reusable muslin infusion bag, so there is no straining, no sediment and no mess, simply simmer, steep, and pour. After its first use, the spice bag may be gently re-brewed for a lighter second infusion or added directly to soups and slow-cooked dishes for a whisper of festive warmth.

How to Use

Classic Mulled Wine: Simmer 1 pack with 200–350 ml water, steep, add 750 ml wine and sweetener to taste. Warm gently once wine is added.

Australian Summer Version: Chill after infusion and serve over ice with citrus slices.

Mulled Cider (Non-Alcoholic): Simmer 1 pack with 1 L apple cider or cloudy apple juice for 20 minutes.

Aromatic Tea: Steep in hot water for 10 minutes for a cosy, alcohol-free warming cup.
