Whether steeped using freshly boiled water or gently simmered on the stove, the spices release layered notes of cardamom, cinnamon and clove for a clean, comforting cup. ½ teaspoon Spice Zen Masala Chai Spice Blend

¼ teaspoon Spice Zen Cold-Pressed Ginger Juice (or ½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger, optional)

Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Directions
Kettle / Pour-Over Method
Place the Masala Chai Spice Blend and ginger, if using, into a teapot, infuser or heatproof cup.
Pour over freshly boiled water, cover, and steep for 5–7 minutes until fragrant and well infused.
Strain into a cup, taste, and add sweetener, if desired. Serve warm.
Stovetop Method(Deeper, more rounded extraction)
Pour the water into a small saucepan and add the Masala Chai Spice Blend and ginger, if using.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Strain into a cup, taste, and add sweetener only if desired. Serve warm.

Cover the infusion while steeping to retain aroma and warmth.
